Grow with clarity.
Lead with dignity.
Live with autonomy.

At Guided Growth, we believe every person deserves support that honours who they are — not who they are expected to be. We provide neurodivergent‑affirming services across the lifespan, offering practical, compassionate guidance for children, adolescents, and adults, along with coaching that empowers families to feel confident and supported.

Our approach is grounded in dignity, autonomy, and real‑world skill building. We use evidence‑based strategies delivered in natural environments — homes, schools, and community settings — so skills are meaningful, functional, and truly transferable. Whether you are seeking help with emotional regulation, daily living skills, communication, independence, or navigating life transitions, we meet you where you are and grow with you at your pace.

Guided Growth is a place where learning feels safe, achievable, and meaningful. No pressure. No compliance. Just positive, strengths‑based support that helps you and your family thrive.

Our Services

Empowering Families_edited.jpg

Our clinicians partner with families and caregivers to build capacity, reduce stress, and create meaningful change at home and in the community. We also offer parent‑only sessions with Board Certified Behaviour Analysts for individualized coaching, education, and support.

Neuro Affirming Multidisciplinary Team_edited_edited_edited.jpg

Our neurodivergent‑affirming team — including Speech‑Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Board Certified Behaviour Analysts — works collaboratively people across the lifespan, along with their families and caregivers to build confidence, clarity, and capacity in everyday life. Sessions are always assent‑based, play‑based, relationship‑focused and grounded in meaningful engagement, ensuring growth happens through  connection, autonomy and supportive experiences.

Social ans Life Skill Groups_edited_edited_edited.jpg

Our Social & Life Skills Groups run in weekly cycles that span a set period and are organized by age, skill level, and theme. Using evidence‑based, strengths‑focused strategies, we support growth in communication, friendships, emotional regulation, problem‑solving, and everyday independence — all while honoring autonomy and self‑determination. Sessions are engaging, respectful, and fun, with activities designed to build confidence through connection, shared experiences and meaningful participation.
